Delivery Information

We offer two ways to receive your order: Home delivery in the Grays area, and Postal delivery anywhere in England. Both are free on orders of £50 or more.

Chilled and frozen products can only be sent by Home delivery, as they need to stay temperature-controlled the whole way.

Home delivery

Available in Grays and the surrounding area — postcodes RM17 5, RM17 6, RM16 2 and RM16 6. This covers Grays town centre, Little Thurrock, Stifford Clays, Chafford Hundred and South Stifford.

• Free on orders of £50 or more.
• Choose your delivery date and time at checkout — Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, between 1pm and 7pm.
• Our driver calls you around 30 minutes before arriving.
• The only option for chilled and frozen products.

If your postcode is on the list, Home delivery appears automatically at checkout.

Postal delivery

Available anywhere in England.

• Free on orders of £50 or more; £9 otherwise.
• Sent by courier and handled outside our control while in transit.
• Not suitable for chilled or frozen products.

Ordering perishable items by post

Parcels sent by post are not temperature-controlled, and taste, texture or quality can change on the way. If you choose Postal delivery for perishable items, you do so at your own risk and we cannot take responsibility for their condition on arrival. If you would like these products, please order them with Home delivery instead.

Important Notice

Delivery can take longer during busy periods, bank holidays and around Christmas and Easter. Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday may not be dispatched until the following week.

Returns & Refunds

Please contact us before returning anything — we cannot accept returns that have not been agreed in advance.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with items missing, let us know within 24 hours of delivery so we can put it right. Photos help us resolve things faster.
