  • repeated misuse of promotional offers.

Where legally permitted, Membership benefits may be withdrawn immediately.

34. Changes to Membership Benefits

We may amend, replace or discontinue Membership benefits where reasonably necessary, including due to operational, commercial or legal reasons.

Where changes materially reduce the value of an active paid Membership, we will provide reasonable notice unless immediate changes are required by law or for security reasons.

35. Membership Fees

Membership fees, renewal periods and included benefits will be displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once Membership has commenced, except where required by applicable law;

  • failure to pay any renewal fee may result in Membership ending automatically.

36. Relationship with Other Terms

These Membership provisions form part of these Terms of Service.

Where a separate Membership Policy is published by TAU FOODS LTD, that policy shall apply in addition to these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific Membership Policy shall take precedence in relation to Membership matters only.
